Flight of Teas! January 7th & 8th

Hello all and Happy New Year! It's a fresh start for a new year of opportunities, and we are celebrating the first weekend of 2012 with a light, crisp flight! Jasmine Silver Needle, Wenshan Baozhong, & Verveine.

This white tea, stretched out like Chinese Silver Needle, is flavored with exquisite jasmine flowers. Jasmine Silver Needle is one of our lighter jasmine teas but does not disappoint. With just a kiss of jasmine with smooth white tea, this caffeinated floral is very enjoyable.

 

Wenshan Baozhong is an oolong that's hometown is all about teas: PingLing, Taiwan. Having tea museums, teapots on streetlights, and statues of tea pickers, PingLing also has a nature preserve that we feel we can taste through our Wenshan. A lighter brew with floral notes in the aroma and the body, this oolong is an excellent choice for any oolong lover, or beginner.

 

Importing only the best, our Verveine leaf produces quite an unexpected strong brew of fresh lemon flavors. Also known as Lemon Verbena, this french leaf is the perfect herbal for decompressing and relaxation. Need a little more kick? We also carry our Mint Verbena, a match made in herbal heaven of peppermint and verveine!
