Flight of Teas! April 7th & 8th!
Happy April, tea fans! Though the temperature is rising and flowers are blooming, we haven't stopped pouring tea! This weekend, come try our flight of Chinese teas: Fenghuang Shuixian, Yunnan Golden Tips, and Tippy Yunnan!
Fenghuang Shuixian is an Oolong that has hints of spice with a lovely undertone of peach fruit. Its big leaves are twisted with hints of russet, making it the perfect Oolong for those who enjoy a little body but not an overwhelming flavor on the palette.
Coming from the Yunnan Province, this tea is a combination of dull gold buds and black leaves. Yunnan Golden Tips holds a sweet but earthy flavor, similar to many Yunnan teas from China. With a medium body and smooth finish, this golden tea will become a fast favorite.
Tippy Yunnan has big black leaves with a touch of gold in them. Brewing an enjoyable balance of sweet and earthy, this Chinese black tea creates an overall smooth cup of tea. It's birthplace being the same as Yunnan Golden Tips, come try to taste the discrete differences in the two brews!
